There are two major parts of me. The outside me, and the inside me. The outside me is what I let you see. Happy, cheerful, joyous, bubbles and color. The inside me, is about my feelings, my secret ideas, hopes and dreams. My art work is the same, there are pieces that represent the outside of me and there are pieces that represent the inside me.

Work representing the inside me, is started with a concept born from issues of humanity and sexuality especially the experience of being female. With clay as my medium, I give expression to internal realities that are both personal and universal.

The hardest part for me is learning to stay open; to get out of the way and let the process take over. I hope my work will stimulate discussions of content, and in this way connect me with the viewer. I believe that Art promotes change and growth through self expression.
